There are many different types of equipment that one needs to maintain the grass on a golf course such as a top dresser.  Once you’ve handled that, you can select one of the most fun utility items around: the golf cart.

Golf carts are wonderful utility vehicles that work well for people living in retirement communities, construction sites, or other tight spaces that a regular-sized vehicle can’t fit into.  If you’re interested in a golf cart, you should consider a used cart in order to save money.

There are a few different factors to consider before purchasing items such as a sand pro or a golf cart.  One of the most important factors to think about is how the cart operates.  Golf carts can either be powered by gas or electric batteries.  Gas carts have similar engines to cars.  Electric carts are powered by rechargeable batteries and the batteries usually need to be charged after each use.

Gas carts are ideal for general transportation because a full gas tank typically lasts longer than a battery charge, however they can make more noise than electric carts.  Gas carts also usually require more maintenance than electric golf carts.  Electric carts are cheaper to operate than gas vehicles because they don’t require gas or as much maintenance.  However, electric cars do not have nearly as much horsepower as their gas powered counterparts and replacement batteries can be costly.

Other important factors to evaluate include the features, price, and size of the vehicle in order to choose the right one.
